Change request submissions are processed and reviewed monthly. We will make every effort to honor each request, submission of this form does not guarantee we will be able to grant your request. Status updates will be provided to your ctx.edu email.

Housing Change Request
Please select the preferred Building and/or Room Occupancy.
For students requesting a roommate change or pairing, both residents MUST fill out the Housing Change Request Form and name the other person as their room pairing choice. Please provide the student(s) formal first and last name with correct spelling.
